Reneé Amoore President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Reneé Amoore, is an innovative, award-winning business woman who has not only made her presence known throughout the state of Pennsylvania, but also on national and international levels.

As the founder and president of The Amoore Group, Inc., a conglomerate housing three thriving entities that provide a wealth of services stemming from public relations and government affairs to corporate consulting, training and employment endeavors, and children and family services, Amoore has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and hard-working entrepreneur, healthcare advocate, and political advisor.

But, while Amoore flourishes in this business environment, she has always found it important to be an active participant in shaping her community. An energetic leader, Amoore has spent much of her adult years serving on numerous professional and community organizations. She is currently involved with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber Executive Committee, CMS, Women Against MS, Take the Lead Event Committee, Vision 2020, and the Pennsylvania New Majority Council, while also serving as a Drexel University Trustee, a member of Drexel University’s Executive Board, the Chair of the Joint Board at Saints Memorial Baptist Church, and the Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her work and her community involvement, Amoore is often in demand to appear on television and radio, sharing her insight on politics, the economy, the state of healthcare, and women’s issues due to her ability to motivate an audience with stirring and lively speeches.

Courtney Sheetz – Senior Vice President

Eighteen years of management experience, including twelve years as a member of executive management

Member of The Amoore Group for 14 years

Responsible for the development and drive of operations and organizational effectiveness, supports the President / CEO on all major initiatives

Develops strategies and business plans, and solves internal issues as they arise

Provides leadership and focus to advance the company’s vision

Oversees the implementation of all human resource policies and procedures, including the facilitation and guidance of management members in HR matters

Collaborates with all company departments, including finance, administrative services, development, HR, and operations, in order to ensure organizational objectives are being met

Works with private and public sector clients to instill best business practices, streamline processes, and improve program efficiencies

Reviews / approves company contracts; finalizes corporate communications

Develops a comprehensive human resource plan that establishes accountability, identifies solutions to resolve problems, and fosters a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential

Administers, develops, and implements TAG’s corporate governance policies

Susan Robinson – Chief Financial Officer

Over twenty-five years of experience in Finance & Accounting in the for-profit & non-profit industry

Member of The Amoore Group executive team for over 8 years

Responsible for managing the daily financial operations for parent company and affiliates

Conduct financial transactions and daily financial obligations related to non-profit, healthcare and consulting company

Advise on capital expenditures, financial opportunities, and financial threats

Responsible for all financial banking and investment obligations

Supervise the preparation, coordination, review, issuance and of annual audits & tax preparations for The Amoore Group, 521 Management Group, Amoore Health Systems, Ramsey Educational & Development Institute

Oversee annual independent and governmental agency audits

Provide quarterly financial status reports to CEO & The Board of Directors

Janis Ruise – Vice President of Internal & External Affairs

A well-seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in office administration and management

Supports and promotes efficient operations by working with the Vice President of Human Resources and performs and oversees administrative functions and special projects

Oversees and participates in all recruiting and retention activities for the organization

Supervises, hires, and trains administrative staff; assists in HR issues; provides guidance and direction to satellite office administrative staff

Facilitates consistency of operations in the office including a pleasant office atmosphere
and appearance

Serves as point-of-contact for all outside vendors

Determines administrative quality standards and policies

Coordinates and plans all events for The Amoore Group

Molly Lackman – Vice President of Operations

A professional who has been in the social service field for over 20 years, working with children with therapeutic needs and adults with barriers to employment

Member of The Amoore Group executive team for over 10 years

Oversees the day to day operations of all entities of The Amoore Group, including the delivery of services by staff and outside resources

Supports the CEO with business development, strategic planning, and program

Works with the executive team to establish and accomplish program goals

Initiates, implements, or evaluates specific program improvements

Supervises program managers and provides a support to enhance current

Participates as an instructor to our re-entry students in the areas of Anger Management, Employment Preparation, and Family Care classes in the prison

Supervises, hires, and trains all educators, therapists & clinicians working in the Children & Family

Services Division

Participates in State and Regional work groups & advisory panels

Assists in business development initiatives for The Amoore Group & its subsidiaries

Researches private grant and public funding opportunities
