PA Nights Registration

The Pennsylvania Night Committee would like to invite you to participate as a co-sponsor and attendee at the 2009 NSCL, ALEC and CSG/ERC events.  If you have participated in the past, you know these events to be productive, entertaining and excellent networking and relationship building opportunities.  If you have never participated, we offer you the opportunity to do so for 2009!

We are currently in the process of planning the events and will send you more thorough information when the details are finalized.  Janis Ruise, The Amoore Group, a pubic affairs and marketing consulting firm, will again be the coordinator for this year’s events.  We hope that we can count on your participation and support. 

Cost for the 2009 PA Night events is $1,000.00 per event or a discounted rate of $2,250.00 for all three events (a savings of $750.00!).  The cost includes admittance of one representative and one guest from each corporate sponsor to each event.  In the event that a sponsor wishes more than two people to attend, an additional fee of $150.00 per person per event will be charged.  We recognize that these are difficult times and are sensitive to that fact. However, the benefits gained from the networking and relationship building opportunities far exceed the slight increase in cost.

The American Legislative Exchange Council meeting is being held in Atlanta, GA from July 15-18, 2009.  The PA Night event is the evening of  July 17th.  PA Night Committee hosts are Bob Barkanic, Sr., PPL and Tammy Bonawitz, FirstEnergy.

The National Conference of State Legislatures meeting is being held in Philadelphia, PA from July 20-24, 2009.  The PA Night event is the evening of July 22nd. PA Night Committee hosts are Thomas Chiomento, Exelon Corporation and Robert Keaton, Sunoco, Inc.

The Council of State Governments/Eastern Regional Conference is being held in Burlington, VT from August 2-5, 2009.  The PA Night event is the evening of August 3rd.  PA Night Committee hosts are Judy Smeltzer, FMC and Mike Warfel, Highmark.
